What to Expect:
š§ Pilates Flow: A 45-minute,Ā strong and empowering Pilates class with a spooky twist, led by Jen Vanek centered around grounding, balance, and inner strengthāexpect to feel fierce, fun, and maybe a little witchy by the end.
š»Ā Dress Code: Costumes encouraged! Come as your spooky (or silly!) alter ego. A Best Costume Winner will take home a festive goodie bag from The Social Society.
