How do I place an order?
You can shop for party supplies online or visit our store.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping on all online orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping destination.
What is your shipping policy in the U.S.?
We want to get your party supplies to you as quickly as possible! Our party pros work hard to process most orders within two business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
Need it faster? We offer expedited shipping options through UPS. Just place your order by noon EST to get same-day processing. Orders after noon EST will be processed the next business day.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location, the time of year and even the weather. While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, The Social Society cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

What is a Grab-and-Go Garland?
Grab-and-go balloon garlands are air-filled balloons, strung together and meant to be hung on a wall or window. Balloon garlands are fantastic for adding a festive touch to birthdays, weddings, baby showers, school gatherings and corporate events.
With a variety of styles, color and sizes to choose from, you can easily find the perfect garland to match your event theme. Simply select your desired options, and we'll take care of the assembly.
We request that you place your order at least 24 hours in advance of pickup at our shop at 300 Pine Lake Dr., Ste. E104, in Ponte Vedra Beach. Once home, use our instructional video to help set it up.
Can I come into the store to order balloons?
Absolutely! You are welcome to come into the store to check out our colors and offerings. You can also speak to one of our party pros to get ideas for your event or special occasion.
How long will my balloon garland last?
Balloon garlands last anywhere from one day to several months, depending on where the balloons are installed. Balloon garlands are created using air, so they last longer than a helium filled balloon arrangement.
Please note that balloons are sensitive to weather conditions, like extreme heat or cold. As a result, the weather can impact the lifespan of your balloons. Balloon garlands installed outside will have a shorter lifespan than a garland that you use indoors.
Do you offer gender reveal balloons?
Yes, we love helping expecting parents celebrate with a gender-reveal balloon! Our gender-reveal balloons consist of a 36" black latex balloon filled with pink or blue confetti based on your doctor's results.
You are welcome to have your doctor’s office email the results to us at shop@thesocialsociety.com, or you can drop off an envelope to our store at 300 Pine Lake Dr., Ste. E104, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081.
Do you ship balloons?
Sorry, we do not ship inflated balloons. Our balloon services are for local clients in Ponte Vedra Beach. However, you can purchase un-inflated mylar balloons on our website. Click here to view our selection.
