What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your party supplies! Here's a rundown of our return policy...

In-Store Purchases
You have seven days from purchase to return unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund. Just bring your receipt to The Social Society. All balloon sales are final.

Online Orders
You have seven days from delivery to initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at Shop@TheSocialSociety.com. Please include your order number for reference. We gladly accept unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Our team will provide a return address for you. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Note that items related to seasonal holidays cannot be returned and are considered a final sale.

What if I receive a damaged item or an item is missing from my order?
If you receive a damaged item — or an item is missing —we sincerely apologize. Please contact customer service at Shop@TheSocialSociety.com as soon as possible. We'll need your order number. If you're contacting us about a damaged item, please include photos. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue. 

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return policy guidelines, we'll issue a full refund using your original payment method. Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time. Note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
