What to Expect:
🧘 Pilates Flow: A 45-minute, mindful class, led by Jen Vanek centered around grounding, balance, and inner strength—perfect for this season of gratitude.
👗 Dress Code: Autumn-inspired Pilates wear—neutrals, warm tones, and oversized cardigans for the cool down.
🎁 Gift for Guests: A complimentary pair of cable knit leg warmers to keep cozy during class (and beyond!).
☕ Seasonal Sip: Hot apple cider served in clear glass mugs—spike it with spiced rum for extra warmth, or enjoy it classic. Cinnamon stick garnish included for that extra fall touch.
The Mat Pilates session is for all levels and will focus on core connection, balance, strength and flexibility. You will not want to miss this!
