Follow the instructions:
STEP 1: Hold the end of the tube firmly in one hand and extend your arm and tube straight upward above your head to the 12:00 position.
STEP 2: Bring your forearm back behind you to the 3 o’clock position.
STEP 3: Quickly return your arm to the 12:00 position flicking the wrist at the same time releasing all the streamers.
