What to expect:
All-level Pilates Class – No experience required! Our instructor, Jen Vanek will guide you through a fun and energizing session perfect for every age and fitness level.
What to Bring – A yoga or Pilates mat for each participant and a big smile.
Post-Class Sips & Smoothies – Moms, enjoy a bubbly glass of prosecco while the kids sip on our signature smoothie: “The Little Flexer” (a delicious, kid-approved blend of fruity goodness!).
